You might be here because your child…

  • Is being bullied or treated unkindly by peers
  • Is easily influenced and finds it hard to hold their ground
  • Lets others take advantage of their kindness
  • Is working on building their sense of self-respect

What makes this different

We use a proven story-based curriculum from Adventures in Wisdom, so your child learns through a character’s journey rather than being lectured at. It’s a gentle way in — even for children who find these topics hard to talk about directly. From there, we move into practice: finding their own “no” statement, role-playing tricky situations, and leaving with tools they can genuinely use.

1 Part One

Understanding Peer Pressure

What peer pressure actually is, what it means, and the signs it’s happening.

2 Part Two

The Five Faces of Pressure

Learning the 5 types of peer pressure, so your child can identify and name what they’re facing.

3 Part Three

Understanding the Other Side

Exploring why bullies often act the way they do — understood, never excused.

4 Part Four

Finding Their Voice

Finding their own personal “no” statement, then practising saying it out loud, together.

5 Part Five

Practising for Real Life

Gentle role-play of tricky situations, so your child feels genuinely prepared.

A safe, protected space

  • Just 4 children, so every child is seen and heard
  • No recording, no photos — what’s shared stays in the group
  • Sharing personal experiences is always welcome, never required
  • Parents are welcome to sit in — though if you think your child may hold back or feel less open with you present, it’s best to step away and get a debrief from them afterwards. You’ll also receive an update by email either way.

You’ll get a parent guide, too

After the workshop, you’ll receive a short guide covering what your child learnt and simple ways to keep the conversation going at home.
